Admins can assign additional controls to selected users within a broadcast group, these additional levels of control are designed to empower specific users within broadcast groups to manage and send messages, depending on the level of access assigned to them.
Admins have two levels of permissions to choose from:
Broadcast Group Admin - Gives the user permission to add and remove users from a broadcast group along with the ability to send broadcast messages to all members of a defined group. Group Admins can also assign Admin status to users within the broadcast group.
Broadcast Group Sender - Gives the user permission to send broadcast messages within a specific broadcast group.
How to assign a Group Admin or Sender
Step 1 - Select ‘Broadcast’ on the left-hand side in admin panel to showcase existing broadcast groups
Step 2 - Select the broadcast group you would like to assign additional users permissions for
Step 3 - Scroll to broadcast permissions, type the name of a user or a directory group, then select the level of permissions to assign via the dropdown box on the right, then click ‘+ add’

After completing these steps you can view those who have been assigned additional permissions under the ‘Broadcast Permissions’ headline.
