There are 2 types of external users:
- External user has an account in another workspace.
- External user does not have any account in network.
Depending on which type of external user you are, there is a certain way to accept the invitation from the internal user.
Note: If you want to communicate with existing external users using inter-networking, you and the external user need to be located in the same Region. If you aren't sure which Region you belong to, please refer to your Eko administrator.
External User has an account:
- Tap the envelope icon.
- In the received, select user by tapping Accept.
- After accepting an invitation, the contact will display in external contact list.
External User does not have an account:
The user needs to create workspace and new account. To see how to create a workspace, choose the platform you are creating one on below:
Note: For enterprise users- please refer to your administrator to provide an account to your external user.
