I’m in a Video Call, but I can’t see the other user. Our connections are strong. What is happening?

Although video calls are designed to be used to share your webcam with each other, each user must still choose to turn on their video at the start of the call by clicking the camera icon. It is possible the other user has chosen not to share their video, or has not realized they need to click this icon to begin sharing.
