What you Can Send via Broadcast?

Administrators have the ability to broadcast one-way announcement (e.g. important company updates, national holidays, promotion, new policies, etc.) to targeted users. The following list shows what you can send via Broadcast feature: 

• Text
• Image file (supported jpg, jpeg and png)
• Video file (supported mp4)
• *Stickers
• *Other type of files, with maximum size of 1GB per file, can be sent as an attachment

Note: Sticker and attachments can be sent via Admin Panel only.
