You can add, manage, or remove Sticker Packs for your employees to use directly from your Eko Admin Panel. These stickers in turn allow users to communicate emotion and make messaging fun, in a way that simple messages may not be able to. To manage your stickers, follow these steps below.
The size of the custom sticker should be a zip file format, each picture should be 500 x 500 png image or with transparent background. The maximum stickers per pack are 200 stickers, and the maximum packs per network are 50 packs.
Add Sticker Packs
- Save your selected Sticker Package into a zip file on your computer.
- Open your Admin Panel.
- Click Sticker Packs on the left-hand side, under the Management section.
- Under Add sticker package, drag your zip file over, or click it for upload.
- Once the upload is complete, the stickers will automatically appear in this section.
Note: You can drag and drop the sticker packs to reorder and arrange how they will appear in the application.
You have now have added a new sticker pack to use!
Remove Sticker Packs
- Open your Admin Panel.
- Click on Sticker Packs on the left hand side under the Management section.
- Check the box in the corner of a Sticker Package to remove the package as a whole.
- Click Remove selected sticker packs, then confirm by pressing Delete.
Now you have removed a sticker pack!
Manage Stickers within a Pack
- Open your Admin Panel.
- Click on Sticker Packs on the left hand side under the Management section.
- Click the Sticker Pack name you would like to edit.
- Once in the Sticker Pack, you can edit the individual stickers. You can:
- Change the Tab image.
- Upload more stickers. (500 x 500 png)
- Remove selected stickers.
- Drag images to reorder the stickers.
You can now manage your own sticker pack for employee use!
