The administrator can invite colleagues to join their workspace directly from the Admin Panel, via email, SMS, or even print-off instructions on how to access Eko.
For both email and SMS, you can also customize the content sent as part of the invitation, and choose to either invite one or many users.
- Open your Admin Panel.
- On the homepage, Click Invite Colleagues.
Note: If you are on a different tab, click Eko’s or your company’s logo in the top left corner to get to your homepage.
3. Select your preferred invite:
- Invite via Email. (Add a list of emails, separated by a comma or import a CSV file)
- Invite via SMS.
- Print Instructions.
4. Add a Greeting Message to customize the invitation.
5. Click Send.
You have now successfully invited your colleagues to join your team or company workspace!
