Pin Lock & Device Limit Settings

The administrator has the ability to enforce a pin lock for users to enable on their devices. Companies that add secure documents to their Eko account find this function useful. Also, the administrator can set a limit on the amount of mobile devices a user can be logged into at one time. To turn on and off these settings, follow these steps.

Pin Lock Setting 

1. Open your Admin Panel.
2. Click on Pin Lock & Device Limit on the left hand side under User and Permission Management.
3. Check Enable Pin Lock Enforcement to turn on the setting. (Uncheck to turn off the setting)
4. Select the directory groups you are setting the limit for.
5. Click Save and Confirm.

You have now set a pin lock for your selected groups!

Device Limit Setting 

1. Open your Admin Panel.
2. Click on Pin Lock & Device Limit on the left hand side under User and Permission Management.
3. Click the Device Limit tab.
4. Check Enable Device Limit to turn on the setting. (Uncheck to turn off the setting)
5. Enter the Max Device limit.
6. Click Save and Confirm.

You have now set a device limit for users!
