There are 2 possible causes:
- If you can’t see any redeemable rewards, it is possible that your administrator has not set up any rewards in your network yet. You can refer to your administrator for reward related matters.
- If you can see the reward but cannot redeem, maybe you do not have enough commendation points or you have reached the redemption limit set in your company.
- For redemption point balance and points needed for redemption, please check in your redemption page under Profile
- For redemption limitation, user can check in their redemption page or with their administrator on the conditions of redemption, eg allow only one time redemption, limit per day, limit per user and etc.
Note: If you have redeemed (received confirmation message or commendation point is deducted) but have not received the reward, please refer to your administrator.
