The Company Profile page in the Admin Panel allows for customization in changing the workspace name, theme/font color, the logo image, and allows the Administrator to set limits on the maximum number of members in a chat group or workspace. The Admin can also define any custom fields to be used in User Profiles within this section as well. For example, adding the user’s phone number. Lastly, the administrator can enable GDPR privacy settings which will hide all user’s phone numbers and email addresses from their profile.
