Administrators can create and manage broadcast groups in the Admin Panel. For example, companies can have an all company broadcast group (consisting of all your users) to share company updates, but also create any other broadcast groups, based on departments ("All Sales managers"), hierarchy ("Top managers"), or location ("Hong Kong office"). Having different broadcast groups gives the flexibility to share the right information with the right people, instantly reaching to all the necessary people from the company. Administrators can view which users have or have not read messages with read receipts. To create and manage a broadcast group, follow these steps.
