You may have seen a few titled buttons at the very top of the director (on Eko mobile), or a filtering option titled ‘All’ (on Eko web/desktop). These are options that allow you to filter the Directory list, and we’ll go over each option one by one.
- The All or Colleagues option is the default view, and shows all users you have access to in your workspace.
- The Favorites option lists all the users which you have selected as a ‘favorite’, for quick and easy access to those users. We go over how to do this in the Add to Favorites article.
- The Departments option - listed in the filter on web/desktop, but as an actual listing at the top of the directory in mobile - takes you to a list of your organization’s departments, so you can further narrow down the user based on their role in the org.
- The External option (currently mobile only) shows a list of all external users, such as consultants or contracts, who have been granted access to your workspace. We go over this process in more detail in the Internetworking section.
You can now successfully filter the directory for quick searching!
