The Eko app is meant to be used to connect employees within an organization for the purposes of communication and collaboration. Because of this, the only people you should see in your workspace are coworkers and colleagues, with the exception of certain special external users who have been granted access. Unlike an open messaging app, Eko restricts communication to your colleagues, so that you have an open platform that is safe, secure, and protected, and you can conduct any business-related conversations freely.
Note: In the latest version of Eko, the name of this tab will depend on whether you are using the standard Eko platform or Eko Enterprise (‘People’ for Standard, ‘Contacts’ for Enterprise.)
Note: If you don’t see a colleague in your directory who you think should already be there, please see our FAQ article about why you cannot see certain colleagues in the People Tab.
