There are two reasons you may not be able to view a portal.
- Your company may be using a single sign on (SSO) API in the Portal link. An SSO API will use your Eko account as credential information. If you are not allowed or don't have credential information in your account, then you can not access the portal.
- The link that was added in portal is broken or not compatible in mobile view. Please consult with your administrator to review the link. If you are an administrator, check the link under the Portal tab in your Admin Panel.
