For those situations, Eko can easily be used to make VOIP calls directly to other users at the touch of a button.
We call this feature Voice Call. With Voice Call, you can immediately make a call to any other user, or receive a call from any other user, directly from either a 1-1 or group chat, all within Eko mobile or web/desktop. You can even call multiple people to hold impromptu conference calls, in case you need to huddle up quickly with a few colleagues.
