The group chat feature allows users to communicate and collaborate with each other in one place. Users can send messages, files, images, videos, and stickers to one another within a group chat. How members and details can be managed in a group is dependent on whether the group is open or closed.
By default, only the creator (and administrators) can manage chat members and details unless they make the chat an open group.
In an open group, all members (and administrators) can manage and edit the chat.
In an Admin Group, only administrators within the group can make changes.
Within group chats, members can create topics. These named threaded conversations allow specific subjects to be discussed without getting lost in the main group chat.
