Run Reports on Eko Usage

Using the Data Export area of the Admin Panel (under Reporting), any user with the relevant permissions can run a variety of detailed reports on different Eko features, and how they are being used over time. Once generated, any previously run reports will show up under the Report area of the Reporting section, where you can download the relevant report as a PDF or CSV file. Detailed reports can be filtered and pulled on any of the following features used: 

• Broadcast logs
• Commendations
• Form Logs
• Groups
• Users
• Group Users
• Engagement Reports

You can now run reports on your organization's Eko usage!
