The administrator has the ability to create a broadcast banner for the whole company to view. These announcements are best used when the administrator needs to share an update with the whole company, as the banner will be displayed at the top of all users’ Eko chat lists. Companies use broadcasting banners to ensure user engagement with the update by including a link and image. To create a banner, follow these steps.
- Open your Admin Panel.
- Click on Banner Broadcast on the left-hand side under Broadcasting.
- Click + Create Banner, then add in
- Can Dismiss? (Gives the user an option to dismiss banner from screen)
- Background Color
- Image (Suggested image resolution: 1000x200px or 5:1 ratio)
4. Click Save.
Note: To remove the banner, click Remove on the right-hand side under the Banner Broadcast tab.
