Commendations & Redemptions

Administrators can customize the types of commendations users can send to each other in the Eko Admin Panel, and can also configure how many redemptions a user is allowed to receive. In addition, they have the ability to set points, and limit the amount of commendations or redemptions a user can send or receive by type, per person, or as a company as a whole.  

Standard users are able to send ‘Thumbs Up’ to other users with an image, to applaud them or show appreciation for their efforts. For example, companies often will configure the ‘Thumbs Up’ to match their company core values.
