Manage your Password on Desktop

If you have forgotten or would like to change the password you use to login to your Eko workspace, you can easily reset it at any time right from your desktop.  

The password must be at least 6 characters.

Reset your password 

Forgot your password? Don’t worry. There are a couple of options to reset your password based on if you are currently signed in or not.

Option 1: If signed out of Eko 

1. Open your Eko dashboard.
2. Select the region your workspace is registered under.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Enter the email address you signed up with, then tap Next. You may have to fill out a Captcha to verify that you are not a robot.
5. You will have a one-time 4 digit verification code sent to your email address. Type in the code within 5 minutes and click Enter.
6. Now create a new password and confirm it.
7. Click OK!

Note: Didn't sign up with an email address? Contact your admin directly to reset your password.

You have now successfully reset your password!

Option 2: If Signed in to Eko 

1. Open your Eko dashboard.
2. Click the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
3. Click Password.
4. Now click Reset Password.
5. Enter the email address you signed up with, then tap Next. You may have to fill out a Captcha to verify that you are not a robot.
6. You will have a one-time 4 digit verification code sent to your email address. Type in the code within 5 minutes and click Enter.
7. Now create a new password and confirm it.
8. Click OK!

Note: Didn't sign up with an email address? Contact your admin directly to reset your password.

You have now successfully reset your password!

Change your password 

Want to change your current password? You can make the change by following these steps below.  

1. Open your Eko dashboard.
2. Click the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
3. Click Password.
4. Now, enter your Current Password. 
5. Type in the new password and confirm.
6. Click Save.

You have now successfully changed your password!
