💡This mobile user guide is based on the Android platform. iOS functionality is the same, though the interface varies slightly.
1) In the Forms tab, tap the “+“ icon:
2) Select a form from your company forms*:

Here you see all the forms, which are currently set as “published” by your team or company workspace admin.
3) Fill in the form. Here is an example of a Paid Leave Form, but basically each form has different content / questions.
** Adding recipient
Administrators can set rules and constraints for adding recipients in each of Eko forms:
Form without predefined recipients (Default)
Such a form doesn’t have any constraints; when you press “Add recipient”, you can select anyone from the company directory.
Form with predefined recipients
Such a form has a list of permitted recipients; when you press “Add recipient”, you can select only one of predefined recipients.
Form with hierarchy approvals
Such a form has a scenario, when it goes from one predefined approver to another.

4) Preview your form before sending it out:
🎉 Great! You’ve just sent a form. You can see it Sent forms list.
Once the recipient responds to your form or comments on it, you’ll receive a push notification.
