1. Why can’t I login?
There are several reasons that could prevent you from being able to login. Please check if the email/ password combination is correct. If you have forgotten your password you can simply reset it yourself (please refer to Question #2 for detailed instructions).
If you still can't login, double check your internet connection and then try re-installing the app.
2. What if I forget my password?
You can easily reset your password with the following steps:
- Press "forgot password" link under the "sign in" button
- Enter your full company email address and press the "send" button and then press "done"
- An email will be sent to your company email with instructions to reset your password
- Press the link in the email
- Set your new password and press "change password".
3. I am having trouble downloading the latest version
If you are having trouble with the new update please try deleting the app and then reinstalling it again. If the problem still occurs, please contact email@example.com.
