1. Why can’t I login?
There are several reasons that could prevent you from being able to login. Please check if the email/ username and password combination is correct. If you have forgotten your password you can simply reset it yourself (please refer to Question #2 for detailed instructions).
If you still can't login, double check your internet connection and then try re-installing the app.
If you're using Active Directory and can't login, please contact your admin.
2. What if I forget my password?
You can easily reset your password with the following steps:
- Press "Reset Password" link under the "Log in" button
- Enter your company email address and press the "Create new password" button
- An email with a one-time verification code will be sent to your company email
- Enter the verification code on the mobile to reset your password
- Set your new password and press "Reset password".
3. I am having trouble downloading the latest version
If you are having trouble with the new update, please try deleting the app and then reinstalling it again. If the problem still occurs, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
