What’s the difference between a 1-1 and group chat?
- A 1-1 chat is a conversation between you and one other person.
- A group chat is a conversation between you and a group of people. Your messages will be visible to all the members of this chat.

How many chats can I create?
You can create an unlimited number of chats.
What are the types of e-forms available in Forms?
The type of forms include request forms, approval forms, reimbursement forms and acknowledgement forms, covering a wide variety of business needs. You can also customize your own forms via the Admin Panel.

What is the purpose of Broadcast?
Broadcast allows you to send announcements to either all employees or to specific departments and teams. Our read receipts allow administrators to see who has read the message and who hasn't, so that those who have not seen the Broadcast can be contacted separately if needed.

How can I tell if someone has read my message?
Once someone has read your message it will appear as “read by 1” and in groups it will appear as “read by number of members in group”.
How does Eko store my data?
Eko stores all the data in the cloud, so customers never have to worry about losing their important conversations. If you lose your conversations on a consumer app, it doesn’t matter; but imagine if everytime you switch devices, you lose all of your work chats and workspaces. We are aimed at maintaining data retention requirements for companies of all sizes.
I can’t send images or take photos from the app.

I’m not receiving push notifications.
